We, as Americans contract to doing for a better, more sparingal healthcare system, so that each single American can be insured. fit in to Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel’s book entitled Healthcare Guaranteed; Dr. Emanuel has a report for America and our healthcare crisis. He has developed the “Guaranteed Healthcare reproof Plan.” One of the most important marks is guaranteed coverage. Not 97%, except when 100% of all Americans will turn insurance.
